PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to display our products, colors, descriptions, sizes, and prices accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, correct errors, or update product information without prior notice.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Customers must provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. AZEMA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, incorrect pricing, or inaccurate information.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

FINAL SALE — NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

All AZEMA purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, personal preference, or items that have already been worn or used.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the product description and selecting the correct size before placing an order.

An exception may be considered only when an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered. The customer must contact AZEMA within 48 hours of delivery and provide the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.

Eligible claims will be reviewed individually. AZEMA may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by AZEMA.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

An order may only be cancelled before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered preparation or fulfillment, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including the AZEMA name, logo, photographs, graphics, designs, and written content, belongs to AZEMA or its authorized partners. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AZEMA is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers, incorrect customer information, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
